The owners and staff are always so helpful and gracious. Among the other great services they offer such as pro printing service, this is by far the best place in Barrie to get a postal box. I love that you get a real street address (shippers who say they won't deliver to PO boxes *will* deliver to the UPS store PO box), and I love that I get an email from the staff letting me know if a package has arrived for me, and they set it aside in a safe place: No having to worry about "porch pirates" :) Thanks for the exceptional customer service!

I have always had great experience with this UPS store. The owner is great and very professional. They are very accommodating if you need a fast print job. We recently moved so unfortunately I am not able to go to them as much however I always come here if I need to print important or complicated print jobs because I know they will provide excellent service.

Amazing customer service, very caring and patient. A few times I visited for personal and business and they spend a lot of time to educate and help to choose a better option for shipping and other time with my flyer’s print. Strongly recommend.👌🏻
