This guy donât know how to print he make wrong print and shard the paper twice and playing game with paper at the end he use the other machine and charge me 5.50 dollars for only 2 prints he I did something to make ur print 2.50 dollars for his service. Ripping people theaf

Parcel delivery service used, December 2018. Manager is friendly, very helpful and the rates reasonable. Excellent UPS software ensures there is little or no misdirection of packages.

I sent 2 packages from Barrie ON on 10/8/2021, one to Saginaw MI, and the other to Grand Rapids MI. They each contained the EXACT same items, a cutting board in a box, coasters, and a card. The coasters and card were placed in a sleeve by UPS and attached to the box so that "I didn't pay for 2 separate packages being sent" which I didn't mind if I would have had to, but relied on the employee to tell me my best route. I received my tracking information and as they were both gifts neither recipient knew what the items were beforehand. When speaking with BOTH parties, neither of the recipients received their coasters. I opened a claim with UPS and have received NO answer or update. They asked the recipients to hold on to the boxes which is outrageous as again they had no idea what was being delivered so they didn't know they were indeed missing part of their gift and to hold on to the boxes. UPS needs to refund me $35.99USD for each missing item and respond to my email inquiries.

Not very friendly and quite condescending. But was super friendly with another woman in there. I will not be using UPS again. Unfortunately had no choice this time as it was a return.
