Today 19 December 2022 at 11:45. I tried to ship a letter oversea. The lady at the front is extremely rude and unprofessional. So I left Took my business to other location Kensington and receive a better customer service. Now you lost the customer and hundred dollar service.

Great service and helpful staff. I’ve shipped a few paintings from this location and they are very good about giving me shipping estimates so I can charge the client before shipping. So far everything has reached its destination and nothing was damaged. They even have a bit of parking out back which is awesome as this area has little free parking

I was supposed to receive my package on Feb 14-16 Feb and haven’t received it yet (it’s March 02). Contacted home-depot customer service and they said it arrived on Feb 22 and the customer wasn’t available. I was home all day and nobody ring the unit bell, nobody called me, didn’t get any note to pick it up from UPS, … How did they wanna deliver it. That’s annoying and kinda seems like they never bothered to deliver it.
