This store is the best example of how an ideal store providing such services should be. The staff is the best I can say as far as customer service is concerned. Every customers is treated equally whichever Ethnicity, Gender or age they might belong to. On top they provide a variety of services like Printing, Mailbox, Packaging, Domestic and International Shipping, Shredding, Passport photos, Faxing and Computer rentals. So in short it's a one stop shop for all your needs and my company has been with them for almost 2 to 3 years now for the same reason. I wish them all the success and to continue with their good work !

The photo enlargement on canvas that UPS made for me was really appreciated by me and my daughter for her birthday gift. The edges of the canvas photo curled perfectly over the sides of the solid, wooden frame completed with a wire for hanging it up. Now everyone is admiring the photo displayed on her wall. UPS provides a great link between digital and paper. I can email reports and photos to them and receive hard copies quickly and efficiently. Thank you, UPS.

Great Customer Service! Friendly staff. It was a quick and pleasant experience getting my passport photo taken here. I had my photo taken and received the photos within 10-12 minutes. When compared to other similar stores, the price is reasonable; The photo quality is superb and the resolution is high (no shadow or flashback). I recommend to get your passport photo done here.

I was recommended for passport size picture by one of my friend and Imust say that I am pretty satisfied with the result. The staff member is very cooperative and helpful. I also printed some documents. Highly recommended for passport pictures and colour printing. Rates are also very genuine.

Amazing service. Went there to have my passport size photo and ends up with a 20”x30” canvas. It was gift for my wife and she loved it. Manik did fabulous job and came with amazing result. The corners were perfectly folded and the colour quality of the canvas is icing on the cake. Must visit for passport pictures and canvas printing.

I have loved the service I have received at this location! The manager and team are always helpful and kind, and most notably, I recently had a massive 30' by 40' canvas poster made, and they were amazing working with me to make sure I was satisfied with the image, colours, etc. before spending the money, which was a solid price and done quick too. Great service and amazing canvas - I will definitely be doing more printing here!

I don't normally take the time to do this but I need to give a big thumbs up to Manik and his staff at UPS. I needed a cover jacket for a CD I recently recorded and so I presented a few photos and a rough idea of what I was after. Within two days, they emailed me a rough draft and I was absolutely amazed at what they came up with. It completely surpassed my expectations and looked very professional. Altogether, combined with the high quality standard of printing, the courtesy and helpfulness of everyone there and the very reasonable end price, I would highly recommend them for any of your designing and printing needs.

Don’t go to this ups store, THEY WILL OPEN YOUR PACKAGE AND STEAL WHAT INSIDE. We went there to sent package back to state July 25/2022 while we were on vacation, we wrapped everything up inside before we went to this UPS STORE, we just sent some T-shirts, a knife which we wrapped in black plastic bag and then put in travel bag, some medication Candies, we paid shipping $123.92 CAD for 2days shipping. We got package a week late and then it missing stuff, not like the way we packed package before we shipped it out. We did talk to the store they said will get back too us, but nobody reach out it been over a month now. Don’t go to this store bad service they’re dishonest peoples, unworthy , very bad for business.

Do not use this place for passport photos! They have no idea what they are doing. We got my infant daughter's passport photo taken here and when we took it to Service Canada they said it was invalid due to shadow. The UPS Store employee had told us it was fine. So now we need to spend another afternoon at Service Canada and pay the expedited passport fee. So angry!!

Just dropped off my FBA products to this store yesterday and have to say it was some of the best customer service I've ever had. Not only did I not have my tape to seal the box I was dropping off, but the nice guy said he would not only provide the tape but he also said he would tape it for me. It’s very disappointing to arrive at opening and have to wait till 9:09 for the employee to arrive. I understand that things happen and being late sometimes happens, but this clearly is a reoccurring issue. Your job doesn’t start at 9:00. It starts at 8:30. If you have that mindset maybe that will help you to arrive to your place of employment on time.

Worst service ever. Driver would not allow next door neighbour to sign for our parcel and left a notice to pick it up at the ups store the next day. Website said store open 10am to 2pm so made a special trip only to find that the store had been arbitrarily closed Saturday for the Thanksgiving long weekend. How hard would it be for the notice to say that? Great for their staff but with no regard for customers. Avoid these folks if you can.
