Today I stopped in at this location and Kanwar Singh gave me the best service that I have ever received from a UPS store. I wish all UPS store employees were trained by this man. I will definitely solely use this location for all my future UPS shipping services.

Every time I drop off a package for return shipping, they refuse to give me a receipt and inform me that it will be scanned by the next driver and a confirmation email will be sent. This time, my package disappeared and was not scanned by the driver. My return window has now closed on my item and I have NO proof that it was sent back which means I will be responsible for the lost item. I will be contacting the store to see if they have security footage of the front desk to see where my package went but I am absolutely infuriated with UPS (and with myself for not demanding confirmation). Update: I think the response from the owner below shows that they don't fully understand my issue. To clarify, it has been 5 days since I dropped of the package in the return bin and I have yet to see any updates on my tracking number; the tracking still says 'label created' meaning that the package wasn't ever scanned but is missing from the UPS location.

I use this store for my mail and always had a fabulous experience with them. The gentlemen by the name Kanwar that works there is so polite and helpful! I always love when I see him there because he’s always smiling and so kind. Getting my mail sent there/retrieving it has been incredibly easy, and the service is incredible. Very happy overall!

I sent a Samsung soundbar to girlfriend's house in Burnaby from Chilliwack I ensured it up to 300 because that's all it was worth and when UPS driver damaged sound bar now it doesn't work properly, it cuts out, they refused to reimburse me or pay for the product, they didn't even do an Investigation. Like what they advertise for. I ordered Canadian product from Ontario, Proper package label clear and precise, UPS says my address doesn't exist. I have already contacted supplier In order to have my business, they will never use UPS only FEDEX or Canada Post. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Disappointed in ups

This is the 4th delivery I've had in the last year. I've paid for shipping that was told would be 2-3 days. 3 times 5 days. So I paid for faster service this time. 7 days later they give me a sticker and I have to pick it up myself. At a store way out of the way. I was home waiting for it. No buzz or phone call. Tough luck on a refund cause they TRIED delivering it. You'd think they'd leave it at their store but they left it at a furniture store not even associated with the place I ordered from. So it's on me to retrieve my order. Thanks for nothing UPS. From now on it's Puralator for me.

I can't believe these guys have bad reviews, they're friendly and helpful, I really enjoy going there even. Huge smiles and a hello every time. I guess some people expect perfection. In 3 years, I've never had a problem.

If I could give less then 1 star, I would! horrible customer service and never delivered on time. Lost my package for 3 weeks and made it like crazy hard to get a refund. I highly recommend NOT going through them for anything!

They cost me over $600 USD by declining my shipment due to an internal policy they have which wasn't communicated when I signed up. Comparing this to my other UPS store boxes, this store has policies in place which allow them to decline your shipments.... I thought the whole point of having a box like this is to ensure someone is there to receive my shipments when i'm out of town or busy. So far i've paid them for a service and instead of receiving that service they've simply cost me $600USD+ I'm not sure what other rediculous policies they have in place which I haven't come across yet but beware of this location!

We use them as a drop point for many of our shipments. Even though they only get .75 per package we drop (heavy 30 lbs+ boxes), they never complain and our packages always seem to leave when they're supposed to. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. Over priced. Last resort kind of place. Update for March 8 2022. The woman working at the store was very rude and would not email or text me a receipt. Her attitude was not good representation for ups and customer service. Generally these days the gentleman working at the store are very nice and send me confirmation. Update oct 2022. They refuse to print up receipts for drop off pkgs. Or give excuses.

Why would they say they're open on Sat from 10-2 when I've only seen them open once during that time in 2-3 months? Most often than not, they're closed and I can't get to my overflow package because their mail boxes are small and their notifications lay flat inside the box and can be missed.
