I’ve had the greatest experience there. The stuff was super friendly and patient. He explained to me how long it took for different services (regular vs express). Also, he is very transparent with the price. I’ll definitely go there again!

Don’t trust this store, it’s a nightmare! My package is delayed by 13 days and they say that its not their job to help me track the package. If it is an international shipment, UPS Canada will also not give you a solution. I wasn't going to make the same mistake twice, my second shipment was with DHL through Staples and it arrived on time with no problem. If you want to avoid a headache, don't ship your packages at this store.

They care very little about customer services, are rude and do not even do the bare minimum! They are very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. If you have an issue they simply tell you to call the UPS call centre because they are "privately owned" and not owned by UPS. You would think that a place who names itself 'UPS Store' and provides UPS services would at least make an attempt to aid you instead of sending you away. Will never return at this location.
