Really slow and poor service provided by the owner/manager. More staff needs to be hired for better efficiency. I waited 30 minutes and there was only one customer ahead of me. Then it took him 20 minutes to process my request as he kept making errors.

I've gone to this UPS store for over 2 years. The store clerks are very helpful and polite. They've frequently let me drop off right before closing time. Recently I bought the wrong UPS return envelope and they gave me a full refund without a fuss. Very professional staff (especially Keivan).
