Very frustrated with UPS. I am likely not to use this service again. - I received a final delivery notice. All notices did not have address location or phone number for me to contact, - customer service call was not clear about where the pick up location was. I searched the location she provided and it was temporarily closed. - UPS phone app has mixed information and very buggy, - Received a call back that my package would be re-delivered. I called customer service to confirm this and there was no update on their part. Total confusion. - still very unclear where my package is - post-phone survey failed to receive my voice message, saying that it is not working at the moment I could go on and on. Awful, awful customer experience. Very high priced and high value item I am trying to receive, UPS has responded with negligence and apathy. Avoid at all monetary cost.
