Watchout the old man there is quick to dismiss sometimes. Did not even bother to look for my tracking number... Insisted that a return label is required when in fact none was at the end of the day. Wasted my time.

I had two packages, two separate times sent back internationally. I did not receive any sort of doortag or notification letting me know that they were even at the location ready for pick-up. Very frustrating. I would have picked them up right away if I had known they were there in the first place. I highly doubt that delivery was attempted as I did not get a buzz (missed or not) to my apartment unit, or a knock.

The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful and so kind and considerate. They helped me ship my belongings for a cross country move and even helped me get the best rates.

The store is fine- the UPS shipping is awful! Don't be fooled by the "five dollar signature at the door" charge- they rarely get a signature and you don't get a refund so it's like a donation to UPS. Almost every single package I have sent has been damaged- along with the contents. This year I sent my gifts to family in an INDUSTRIAL grade tote and it still arrived damaged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO frustrating as we spent A LOT to send it and to have it thrown on the porch, damaged, no signature- NEVER AGAIN! Take your packages elsewhere as they NEVER admit to anything- even with photos and it is more work then it is worth- which I think they do this to have you give up so they can keep your money.

Lost money at this location- paid for signature - did not get it and UPS even lied and said my sister signed for a parcel- they left it on the front porch- no one was home and yet the owner of this UPS insists she signed. When you try to get your money back he insists he is only a "franchisee" and there is nothing he can do to get the money back from UPS. Then the owner has the audacity to say, "I believe you will find other couriers do the same thing." Who says that?????? What a joke- who sells a product/service that they cannot assure consumers that they will get what they paid for. NEVER EVER using this place or UPS again.
