Was treated absolutely horrendously by one of the OWNERS. Went in to send a pair of shoes back to Davidâs Bridal in the states using their DHL service. The instructions sent to us by Davidâs Bridal said not to put any of the packing slips on the box directly and to make sure the box was sealed, but because we had never sent something like this before we werenât sure what that meant, we thought maybe we had to tape the box closed or something. We went in and simply asked what we were supposed to do, âdo we need to put it in a package?â We asked. The owner, Michelle, looked at us and said with absolute contempt âwell did you receive it in a package? Then it has to be sent back in one.â When I told her we were simply asking the question because we didnât know and my fiancĂ©e said we werenât sure because the instructions seemed convoluted, she had the audacity to say âYouâre full of it. You know you have to send it in a package.â When we walked out my fiancĂ©e started crying because she was so upset about the way she had been treated which infuriated me. I went back in and let Michelle know how horrible she had been and that she ought to learn to treat people, especially customers, better if she wants to retain any business. While she did apologize, she said the didnât mean to be that âabrupt,â but she wasnât just abrupt, she was completely out of line. We will NEVER be returning to this location, and I hope if you have read this whole review, you choose a different location as well. I would suggest Queen street, as we have had nothing but good service there.
