I have used this ups quite a bit and I believe it's the owner that I have dealt with each time. He is super friendly and has always helped me out. My shipments are always a bit of a hassle due to size and weights but he always takes the time and care to make sure everything is correct. Very happy with the service.

Because the packages sent from China have to pay customs duties, I went there twice, the first time there were two Chinese people in the counter, and the second time it was a Chinese. Iām not quite clear about their attitude towards other ethnic groups, but to me, who is also a Chinese, I refused to say a word. They just answered that they are not the same company as UPS and cannot and have no obligation to serve me. Their attitude is very poor. There was no solution after going there twice, I don't want to see them again. In addition, UPS management is really messy.

I waited about an hour to pick up a parcel. There was only one person working, on a Saturday, during Christmas.. the busiest time of the year for parcel pick up and drop off. Itās not his fault, but management should be aware that they need to have more people working. Not just to better serve their customers but to maintain the sanity of their employees.

Went in today to pick up a package, another lady and I entered the store at the same time, she began to fill out some papers and there was already a guy waiting, I assumed someone was already assisting him. After a couple of minutes he left, apparently he had been waiting to be served but hadnāt. I ended up calling the store on my phone to see if anyone would emerge to answer. I could hardly hear the phone ring in the store and after a few rings it went to voicemail. The woman then commented that perhaps no one was working. I then said āHello?ā And a voice from our back answered, the man followed with his cellphone in his hand apparently just spending his time out back on his phone ignoring customers and phone calls. He was perfectly polite, no excuses made BUT also no apology for not being available. Not impressed.
