My mother passed away recently and I had so much planning to do for her funeral that I was overwhelmed, to say the least. Our family wanted bookmarks made to give as a memento (mom was an avid reader). Although I could have made them myself, I decided to relinquish that task to a professional, to lighten my load. I have a local business and dealing with UPS is one of the worst experiences and one of the most time consuming processes. We have consistent discrepancies on duty forms with customer service not wanting to help or address errors or put on hold with no one ever returning when asked to discuss the calculations. These businesses have gotten way to big with no accountability of their service to any of their customers.

Horrific customer service. Got a notice saying all mail couriers have been unable to access my apartment for a couple weeks (and I am unsure if canada post or UPS would deliver my mail and did not opt for a tracking number - the sender has used both companies in the past). So I call just to see if any package happened to be stored for me. Worth trying at least, right? Well I get berated and treated like a child for daring to ask. There was no reason to take such a harsh tone. Simply say you cannot do that, or that isnt how this branch works if that is the case.

We needed to get a couple boxes of stuff packed and shipped from Lethbridge to western ny. This was all done over the phone and a friend dropped the 2 boxes off to get packed and shipped. It tirned into 6 boxes to be shipped. Sheryl was very helpful and the packing job was great!!! I would highly recommend her for any packing and shipping you need done especially international.
