Best customer service I always go here even it’s a little too far from my place but I love getting my copies, prints, photos and courriers done here. Fast and knowledgeable people working there especially the owner is so sweet.

I needed to print two large posters very last-minute, and they needed about an hour to print. Erin and the other employees were willing to stay a whole hour past closing time to make sure that I get my banner printed in time - at no extra cost! I would absolutely recommend this UPS location, as the employees seem extremely helpful and understanding.

If there’s negative 1 star, I’d give it as my rate to the worst services I had. I kindly asked for passport photos and when I submitted them to the court, they advised few edits such as flash light adjustment. I went back asking to revise it as I trusted they understand the general requirements for official pictures. They refused and treated me in a very rude way. Let this all alone, guess when I asked to the manager what did they do? They were even more rude to me and repeated what the employee I spoke with said, AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME! I can’t describe the amount of discrimination and poor services I received here. I absolutely don’t recommend getting anything done through them and/or work for this rude management.

I don’t recommend this place at all. They took my package and I got told it Would be shipped within two days, I have paid for express shipment. They lost my package never returned my money. I had to follow up on my package every single day for a month. Such a bad service, never go there.

Wanted to print off some cards on nice glossy paper and checked on the UPS website to see how much it would cost. Site said it would be $5.52 plus shipping but I could pick it up at any store, so I decided to just go straight to the store and print it off myself. Arrived and was told that self-service printing was off the table because of COVID (seriously?) and that they would do it for me. Asked to double-check the price of the printing and they told me it would be a whopping $20 for them to print off 9 pages. Don't know how this location figured that price out unless the ink they're using is melted gold or the employees are working for like $60 an hour, but since I'm pretty sure neither of those things is correct I'm just going to call it a ripoff and shop somewhere else.
