Heard the buzz and went downstairs immediately. All there was was a notice saying I need to go pick it up ! Huh! Good thing the store is in DT so not like FedEx or Purolator out in the wild. The pick up experience was smooth.

Absolutely ridiculous that UPS charged me a $30 customs brokerage fee without notice after paying $26.55 for shipping. UPS is also the only courier that does not try to contact me to receive packages since they cannot enter the building without being let in, so I need to drive across town to pickup my packages from a UPS store. Will avoid shipping with UPS from now on.

Terrible experience. Tom was very rude over the phone. He did a terrible job packing my expensive music keyboard and it got damaged during shipping. Avoid at all costs.
