I went to UPS Okotoks because I try to support businesses in smaller cities and towns. The staff made me feel very unwelcome. I had two extra-large packages and I asked a couple of legitimate questions. The staff member rolled her eyes and smirked at, what I assume was another customer. The staff member was so unpleasant that I drove to FedEx in Calgary. FedEx was great, very helpful and I felt fine paying the $900 shipping fee. I guess Okotoks UPS doesn’t need my business.

This is the most un-organized UPS stores in Canada. I had excellent reviews for the UPS Store in Montreal where I moved to Alberta from in Feb.2022. I decided to stay with the company due to their previous excellent customer care over Canada Post. It seems the standard of excellence was lost at this location due to inorganization and not enough spaces to store incoming items for clients. This location has already lost 4 parcels of mine in only 2 1/2 months in the UPS store. Items get "Delivered" to the UPS store and then they go missing inside the store the same day. So far, the parcels that went missing in store never arrived to me. When I pay over $300 a year for the service this isn't acceptable for the business. They do not track or organize all of the parcels that are incoming which leaves chaos behind the counter and often lost/missing items in the UPS store after delivery. I now have to call before I pick up my mail to make sure I receive everything when I arrive. Getting mail is very stressful when you cannot trust your mail carrier for purchases you make online that cost you time and money here. I'll probably switch to Canada Post next year when my box expires if things do not improve 100% here.

I've been using them to send stuff a few times. I have to say the staff especially Wayne, are amazing. They go out of their way to make sure I am notified when my document is arrived and received. Highly recommended.

Very poor service! UPS app notified me of the delivery to this store in the morning and ready for pickup. Told by Robert that they “always say it’s delivered as soon as they put it on the truck when it’s not actually delivered “ and that they only deliver at 4pm ( I was there at about 1 pm). I asked if he could look around for the package but he showed absolutely no interest in doing that and said come back later( after driving 80km round trip to pick the package up). Turns out that UPS did deliver in the morning (about 0930) despite being told by Robert that they hadn’t. And the package was there all along. Went in again today and after a lot of mumbling about how crowded with parcels his store was, he found it. And he’s the store owner! Never again will I use this location!!
