Driving home from the lake yesterday going east on highway 11. See two cars passing me on the left and on the shoulder there was a semi with break lights on. He cuts me off I slam on my breaks and move into the other lane. As I pull up beside the Day&Ross truck the driver has his hand out the window. I thought he was appoligizing for cutting me off. Nope hand straight out giving me the finger. Not only do you not get your shipment on time apparently but the drivers are in safe. If I wasn't paying attention we would have had a 3 car pile up. Not happy. Hope Management will deal with this driver.We don't need more crashes involving semi's in Saskatchewan

My second experience with Day & Ross over the last 4 weeks and the same both times, slow delivery (sitting in their warehouse for the last four business days & told it would arrive 24hrs ago, nothing) and poor communication... I would give them a 1 star but the lady whom I spoke with at customer service tried her best to get this out in a timely manner and was very professional, even calling the local distribution center to ensure the notes she had were accurate. The good news, there are a lot of other shipping companies and I will be requesting Vitran next time (I meant too for this shipment but didn't, my mistake as the same thing happened...!). They didn't seem too concerned to lose out on a customer who does bi-weekly shipments to and from Alberta.

Terrible shipping company. I've dealt with them pre-pandemic and now post pandemic. There shipping service was painfully slow before COVID. Now it's just ridiculous. My shipment has been in my city for 6 days and they haven't even taken it off the trailer to scan it as arrived. So far been almost 2 weeks since it left Winnipeg which is 6 hours from my city. Brutal. I'm not sure why Home Depot hires this company.

Relatively quick for delivery, unfortunately they gave no notice and left a 210lb 52" tool chest sitting in my front walk for the day. A little notice and I could have been home for the delivery but hey common sense isn't their thing.

Package has been sitting in facility for 3 days and still not delivered, now they are saying not till Tuesday it's Friday today. Hopefully the customer service rep can get through to them to get my package to me rather me wait until after Thanksgiving!
