Decided to finally let a professional trim my beard as a treat. The lady who put me in her seat was very nice. But I wasn't very happy with the job she did. She didn't chop off too much but she did miss lots of what needed to be trimmed. I think I will stick to trimming my beard myself.

I had a FedEx package delivered by this company. The driver backed into my well and drove off. Not only this ruin the decorative wishing well over my well. It has also caused serious issues to my well. I have attached photos of the wishing well and my water after the incident. The customer service after the incident has been awful and I have been without clean water for approximately 4 days. Each time I have called they tell me they will call me back, but no one ever does. I was told Friday morning at the latest and have still not heard back. At this point, I may have to get lawyers involved. I understand things like this can happen, but the way it has been dealt with is not satisfactory.

While Day and Ross profess to be Canada wide transportation, they only travel as far as Edmonton and Calgary. Beyond these terminals an extra cost is applied to cover third party cost. Their quotes are as consistent as New Brunswick weather (wait 5 minutes and it will change). I was once given an astronomical quote to ship into Quebec. When I questioned the cost I was told it was because they couldnt stack on top of my shippment I had to pay for the entire volume above it. Thats fine. But when I went to get a quote to ship canoes I expected the same pricing scheme. For one canoe I would pay for the volume above. The quote I got reflected this expectation. But, when i added canoes stacked onto the first canoe (all stacked in the same volume I had already paid for) my cost more than doubled. When I questioned the quote I was told the first quote was a mistake! That's when I discovered a real professional shipping company called Armour and have been saving roughly 10% over my previous shippments with Day and Ross. Day and Ross seem to make their profits off the little mom and pop companies looking for LTL shipping. If you need LTL, call Armour, Day and Ross dont seem to want your business.

Parcel in Saint John NB since July 31and no attempts made to deliver, today is The 10th of August. 3 call to call centres to no avail. I would give lower if I could.
