This bandsaw was shipped from Edmonton to Winnipeg. It was upright when it was picked up and looks like it fell over during transport. It's fairly heave and looks like someone used a forklift to try to reposition the box. The packaging had severe damage but luckily the item was not due to the excessive foam packing from the manufacturer.

Delayed and lost as we all know them by. Great customer service. I wish their organization was a tad better though. Time and time again the shipments get lost and it seems to be due to an internal issue. I hope for your company sake you sort these things out and grow from your mistakes. I do not have high hopes when shipping with this company. I do enjoy their customer care side of things.

I was expecting 3 large packages . I need a trailer to pick them up and I'm an hour away from the Winnipeg terminal. I got there at 4:20, they are open till 5. No one was there to to load me . I called their main number and that guy tried to get a hold of some one with no luck. So 3 hours wasted and no packages. I guess I'll give them another 3 hours of my time and diesel next week. I guess it's true, Day & Ross actually means Delayed & lost.

I'm just a guy that ordered something from BC and had it delivered to Winnipeg. I'm a little lost when it comes to the shipping world. I didn't find there website helpful at all and wasnt notified that the package had arrived. Everyone that I had spoken to on the phone and in person at the location was very friendly and helpful.

How this company is still in business? Terrible service. My order has been lost in their warehouse for a month. Every day I phone and every day get the same story. The do not care at all. Delayed and Lost is right.
