Very poorly managed company with a lot of deception sprinkled into the mix. Have had a pickup scheduled for over a week now - between schedulers throwing drivers under the bus and advising "the driver said they picked it up", "back logs", "we'll pick up today" , etc etc. If I had to guess, they are understaffed in certain geographical areas that have high volumes, overload/overextend their drivers with pickups and deliveries, and perhaps have bitten off more than they can chew with contracts related to Home Depot, Lowes, etc which they prioritize over the customers that got them to where they are now. Pricing is very competitive but the service lacks heavily - so at the end of the day as a company, customer, receiver - you need to ask yourself if saving 50-100$ is worth the stress and drama.

After reserving a truck one two weeks ahead of time and paying it immediately we made all the arrangements to have our equipment out of the restaurant to be picked up for 9 am, which was the time customer service told us the trick would come. We waited until 11 and call back customer service and was told again it was going to be there shortly. At 1 o’clock a 40 ft trucked showed up after seeing the load he gave us the excuse that he was dispatched somewhere else and the a 53 ft truck Was coming. Well truck never came even after calling supervisor Trista in New Brunswick she had the guts to tell Us we had to find another solution. So with all equipment on the sidewalk and No way of putting back in the store since they had put the glass back and we could not fit the equipment back in. So we slept outside to make sure our equipment was not stolen and found another transport company to come the next day. No compassion, no remorse just tell Us to find another solution. Hopefully they will Refund us our 3000$. Worst company ever.

Shipment was scheduled for deliver last fri and they were to all an hour before they arrive. We phoned tracking and were told it was on its way. We phoned back at 4pm and were told they don't deliver on fri. Hmmm gets better. We were then verbally guaranteed the shipment would be here mon. By 4pm. 4 came and went. We waited till 6:30pm and the n left the jobsite. When we called on tues imagine our suprise when we were finally old the flooring had been delivered at 7:30. No phone call. No signature and not at our job lol. It really gets humourous after this with the promises of locating the product of call backs. Of emails. Even though we've called every day we have as yet not talked to the same person or any one that is helpfull or had any communication from them as to the where abouts of our shipment. Do you want to trust your products to a company like this ??

My friend applied for this job a week aga, they never processed his application and when they did they gave him call to ask when can we start your application over the phone. Same day in the evening he got an email from this company and she mentioned tht all the slots were full and never gave him a call..!! Look out people for this scam.. He did not accepted his other job offer that was suppose to start on Thursday thinking that he is getting a better opportunity working with this company.. So either the person who called was lying or the person who was communicating with him over the email was lying, or the posting was already full and they just wanted to see how much applications they will get... I was thinking of giving them 2 stars but I guess they need to work hard to actually earn it..!!

They confirmed delivery 3 different time. I took 3 different days off and it never showed up despite their emails and phone calls saying it would. Worst company ever.
