Day and Ross really need to do something about this terminal, terrible workers, unprofessional and very lazy. I called in early this morning to request for a pickup of my shipments,(called 8:30am)there terminal to the point of pickup is just 18 minutes drive, they could not even meet up the deadline, now I have to pay over $300 for my shipments to sleep over at the warehouse. People's reviews didn't lie about their incompetence. Very terrible experience.

Update.. I have had the opportunity to use them more often. I have discovered the phone support is good. They handle the calls from the usa. The weak link is when stellar usa customer service hands it off to the Canada dispatch and terminals. Usa rates 5 stars canada rates 3 stars.. Old review No way to talk to local dispatch unless you have a connection.. my pick up was missed 3 days in a row due to the usual lame fake excuses.. "' we came we could not find" "we came , no one home" ... after not respecting pick up request( and missing delivery appointment as a result) they then delivered the skids with no appointment..

employees are amazing supervisors are terrible this Girl supervisor works on dock rude yells at staff Especially Olivia Monik terrible supervisor doesn’t know what she is doing why work there if you don’t know the system and don’t know how to treat employees with respect. Fired for nothing it’s sad amazing company but terrible staff

The Absolute worst shipping company that exist. I've never encountered a company so bad in my life. The tracking is useless and cannot be trusted. Whatever information you have from tracking should not be trusted. When you call customer services they tell you that "shipping" doesn't mean it's being shipped... And they also can't tell you when it's going to be shipped. The expected date of when you will receive the product is just smoke and mirrors. Don't ever believe that. When you ask customer services they tell you they are months behind and they are shipping first received first shipped. So, um, they basically grab the shipping fees and deliver whenever they feel like it. Awesome. They seem to think that they are the only company being affected by COVID and are using every excuses that exist to justify an absolute awful shipping experience. If you product is being shipped by Day and Ross, just save the trouble and order somewhere else to get another shipper. It's THAT bad.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping company. $2300 package from Costco arrived in their facility may 4th, I called for the first time on the 18th to inquire, ended up having to call back 6+ times over the following 2 weeks waiting a total of close to 5hrs on hold in total, told every time that they do not have direct contact with the Montreal location and that someone would call me that day to follow up/schedule the delivery, no one ever called me. Got hung up on by their customer service for being upset at the situation after having waited close to an hour on hold. Ended up having to cancel my order because they never called me to schedule my delivery and now it’s too late for the package. I can’t believe Costco continues to use this company. Horrific.
