I was told I would get a call to set up an appointment for home delivery where I would be able to request for help to move the item into the house. I needed this because it was a large item for my parents and they weren't able to handle it themselves. I waited the whole day and no phonecall came. I called in and they said again I would get a call from the appointments team. Finally I get a call at 6pm saying the driver was on the way. I asked why I didn't get to set up an appointment and they simply replied "well my driver's on the way". Now my parents are stuck with a 300lb+ box that they have to figure out how to move. Do you guys even know how your company works?
