ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN. There's no point going into detail because so many of the recent reviews have already said it all, but this company will do anything, and I mean ANYTHING to avoid serving their customers. Their policy is that NOTHING can be answered on the spot. Need to track an item? Oh, let's email the terminal and they'll get back to us within 24 hours with an answer. NOPE. Getting frustrated and want to talk to a supervisor? Sorry, they don't take calls. We'll get one to email you within 24 hours... you guessed it, NOPE. Do your research when buying from online retailers. If they use this company, make sure you advise the retailer that you won't buy unless they ship with someone else. Day & Ross obviously don't care because WE are not the customers, the retailers are. And as long as the retailers keep using them to ship their orders, then Day & Ross is happy. If you want to force Day & Ross to actually improve their customer service, make sure to speak to the retailers!

First time dealing with this company. Estimated delivery date was the 13th. Called at the end of day on the 14th since my package had not arrived yet and that same morning tracking had been updated to show that it had arrived at the facility in Ottawa. Agent stated that the truck had come in the night before but they had not gotten around to it. Delivery driver showed up on the 15th informing me that he only had 3 out of 4 boxes from my order and that he did not know what had happened to the 4th. I called them again and was informed that the package had been left on the loading dock and that it would be delivered by the end of that day or the next which was the 16th. At the end of day on the 16th I called again and was told this time that they did not have my package, that it was a small facility and they had looked for it but did not find it. Agent said if it was there they would have seen it. Will likely now have to wait 2 weeks for the company I purchased from to be able to make a claim so that they can send out what is missing from what I received. Now have 3 huge boxes sitting at home that I cant do anything with unless I have the 4th box. Contacted the company I made the purchase with on the 15th who stated they had sent out an email to Day & Ross and that they were looking into it and had been told that Day & Ross would get back to them in the next 1-2 days. Spoke to Day & Ross today, the 17th, and they state they have no record of the company reaching out. Overall terrible customer service. They clearly have no clue what they are doing. I would suggest that anyone even considering using this company run as far away as they can. Clearly don't care about their customers. Just look at all the review online and you will see that the vast majority of reviews are 1 star and have extremely similar stories including the ones on the Better Business Bureau website, who gave Day & Ross a letter grade of F might I add. Stay away at all costs, you will only end up with a headache. PS: finally received my missing package today the 20th. Day & Ross decided that it was appropriate to open my package without my consent. They weren't even able to tell me where they found the box.

Stay away from this organization,or Unorganization is a more like it. Never get a straight answer, can't track your parcel, they don't listen to your concerns. I would go on but I think k the REVIEWS speak for themselves. They're a JOKE and not I a laughing matter. Very unsatisfied wish there were minus stars to score on that is what they deserve

Damaged my property and the item they were delivering. Now they are denying responsibility. The drivers forge customer signatures on the delivery form in order to lie that there was no damage.

Website never updates with tracking information. Customer service is absolutely useless. Driver finally shows up with 1 out of 2 boxes, they have no idea where the other one is. For a logistics company, they are completely disorganized and will not use again.
