ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN. There's no point going into detail because so many of the recent reviews have already said it all, but this company will do anything, and I mean ANYTHING to avoid serving their customers. Their policy is that NOTHING can be answered on the spot. Need to track an item? Oh, let's email the terminal and they'll get back to us within 24 hours with an answer. NOPE. Getting frustrated and want to talk to a supervisor? Sorry, they don't take calls. We'll get one to email you within 24 hours... you guessed it, NOPE. Do your research when buying from online retailers. If they use this company, make sure you advise the retailer that you won't buy unless they ship with someone else. Day & Ross obviously don't care because WE are not the customers, the retailers are. And as long as the retailers keep using them to ship their orders, then Day & Ross is happy. If you want to force Day & Ross to actually improve their customer service, make sure to speak to the retailers!
