Avoid this company. Hands down worse delivery in Canada! Full of lies when a delivery will occur, makes delivery windows and never shows up, hard to reach a human by phone, they hold your shipments for days to weeks with no notification why, tracking system not updated or has errors. You'll get grey hairs, you'll loose time off work for no-shows, all they deliver is stress to the customer.

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Klaudia, who came to pick up a table set. The table set was very heavy and although she had a colleague with her, she lifted the table and chairs and carried it to the truck with no assistance. Also, Klaudia was kind enough to send photos once the set was wrapped, absolutely going above and beyond. I wanted to give Klaudia a tip which she politely refused. Klaudia said that there are a lot of people in need, especially after the last year and to give the money to someone in need. Definitely a remarkable young lady and an asset to Day & Ross!!

Worse company in the world. Home depot needs to use a different service. They constantly change the delivery date lie about where everything is. Delivery was more than two weeks late. It took over 60 hours on the phone to get delivery.

Worst company ever. Don’t ever use for any kind of shipping. The company will hold onto your products for weeks and not provide any reasoning as to why they hold onto products. Try phoning them and they won’t ever answer try emailing them and no reply as well. If you order from them and are given an estimated shipment date it will either never arrive or arrive 3-4 weeks later. Best of luck to anyone else dealing with this company.
