Delayed and lost more appropriately named. They don't stand behind the quoting system and try to collect more money. Even when asked if it was a shipment problem ie excess weight or different dimensions they can't back it up. They just say that's our rate. Stay away from them

I would steer clear of using this company. Trying to schedule pick up for 3 days in a row and they now show. Claim they came to our location and nobody answered?? Been home all day...all three days in a row. Call the toll free line, and people on the phone are equally unprofessional. Yikes...

This company is utterly useless. Where to start..... No communication. Well below average or quite literally the bottom of the barrel for a shipping company. I have seen some doozies but this one just defies logic on all levels.Disorganized. Deceitful.Lacks any skills whatsoever in finding items.Yes I know the pandemic has made things bad but this is a whole new level of incompetence.Not willing to admit they lost an item even after multiple tickets or requests sent to locate the item.If you use this company prepare for minimum a month long (or longer) wait. BUYER (purchaser)BEWARE!!!!

Terrible service. Over a week late. My delivery sits in a warehouse locked up. Can’t pick up and delivery is unsure. How do I tell my client the deadline cannot be met due to an incompetent trucking company . Not my first bad experience

Been waiting for a week for an item that's being shipped 200km. Called the number on the tracking page, waited 15 mins to be told they dont deal with deliveries and then get cut off. Do not ever use this company
