Very disappointed with Day & Ross services. I ordered some equipment from Ontario in March to be delivered to Vancouver Island on April 4. Today is April 24 and still no delivery. I spoke with several customer representative (most were polite and friendly) but I got so many reasons for the delay and no ETA. I think they should change the recording while you wait for a long time to speak with someone where it says they will deliver on time and good condition⊠If they are too busy, they shouldnât take any more parcels because they are not likely to have repeat customers with poor service and communication
