Paid about 150$ for shipping, missed one call from them after the item was already out for delivery and they returned the item to their wharehouse saying I refused the delivery. Was never advised or shown on their website to expect a call from them. Unable to deliver it before the week after. Customer service unable to do anything. Very unsatisfied

I can not say enough about the Moncton Day & Ross. They had a challenging delivery to make to our property and they were amazing. Even the smaller deliveries they have made are done in a professional manner but with a great personal touch. GREAT communication, items arrived in perfect condition, every employee we have dealt with has been super nice and always helpful. I wish everything could be delivered by these guys out of Moncton! WOW! Keep up the good work.

Poor customer service skills by a team lead in customer service named Treena or Trisha. Could barely hear her due to her VOIP connection. Unapologetic that someone in Moncton directed my package to Winnipeg instead of Southwest Ontario. My customer is left unable to work due to lack of care and incompetence on this companies behalf.
