If I could give negative stars, I would. This is by far not the first time, but in the last few weeks this FedEx ground depot has been reporting nonexistent weather exceptions and not explaining to anybody in their head office (according to their call centre) what the hell is going on. Packages arrived in Squamish late last week and are still not being delivered to Whistler. Apparently, by 4:00 they are not even answering the phone at this depot. For any of you who are experiencing issues you FedEx this year, it's important to know that UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, and every other career I've worked with in the past 2 years have had an order of magnitude fewer delays and lost/damaged shipments. You CAN fire your shipper and switch to a different company, and I can promise you will be happier than you are with FedEx.
