Had a great experience with delivery! One of the drivers deserves a standing ovation for their work. Emma made sure I got my package and upon leaving my work place to go for lunch she sprinted with package in hand faster then Husain Bolt after a 6 pack of chicken nuggets!

Driver claimed he couldn't enter my apartment building even though it's phase 3 and left my package that I paid $800 for out in the open for me to come get it. I travel 4 floors to the ground floor and during that time anyone could have taken it and FedEx "wouldn't be responsible". I unlocked the front door so if he wanted to leave it at the very least inside the safety of the lobby that would have been a completely different story. But no. He left it pretty much out in the open for anyone to come off the street to take. Extremely dissatisfied and never using FedEx again. I can't even report the driver because it isn't "serious enough".
