The worst delivery I've ever encountered. They come to your house, ring the bell once and leave in 30 seconds. My door bell didn't even work and they didn't knock the door at all. When I called customer service line they said that people who deliver stuff do not knock the door and they also do not call your cell phone. This is a company from the last century where people can't use their phones. So you have to go and take your deliveries by yourself at the airport.

If you order something from the states you get charged a $10 āadvancement feeā for the HONOR of them paying the taxes on your item initially, which they then also charge you for. So $2 in taxes cost me $12.50. A complete scam, will never use again. Technically you can prepay this fee (in very limited places), but since you usually donāt know what the customs value is, this is practically impossible for most things. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
