They came at 10am yesterday(I was obviously working) so I wrote that I work until 230pm. They came today, took the note, didn't try to contact me. FedEx told them to come after 3pm. I see it says it's in Goffs right now as of 3pm today, I have been home this whole time but they are too lazy to deliver it to me.

Was expecting a package last Wednesday, it is now the following Monday and still no package...all it says on the tracking info is Delivery Date pending...the WORST service I have ever experienced. They are now telling us the package from last Wednesday will be delivered before 8pm tonight and the other package they have in same depot won't be delivered until Friday. This location is nothing but a joke to deal with.

The weird company, lost my parcel without telling me and I had to contact you to ask about it, also, you would leave my 1000+dollar worth parcel in the mailbox but would not be willing to leave my 50 dollar parcel in the mailbox, what a great company with perfect rules lmao

I payed extra to have my car parts I ordered to be here soon so I could get my car fixed in a reasonable amount of time and they were suppose to be here friday. It is now monday evening and still no parts. What makes it worst is my parts have been at fedex since thursday

I would give a negative star if I could. The level of contempt shown for customers is staggering, rivaling CanadaPost for their utter disregard for communication and meeting scheduled deliveries. I waited in all day (and evening) for a Friday, by 8pm delivery of an urgently needed purchase, which never arrived. No updates, no communication and now no staff until Monday. From now on I will insist my suppliers send by any other way than FedEx.
