The staff at this location is very friendly. They were accommodating during the Christmas rush and help me ensure that my package would arrive safely. I did have a little bit of a delay but they tried really hard to make things right. The only issue I have and the reason why I didn't give them five stars was I did open an investigation for my missing package and was advised that receive a phone call in 24 hours. I never received my phone call ever however my packaged it arrive to its destination. Delayed but intact.

What a great place. Easy to get to, fast in and out. Any time your FedEx driver doesnt bother actually knocking on your door when you are home waiting for delivery, and leaves the pick up tag instead, you know you have a great place to go to for pick up.

Worst people to deal with they didnt even knock on the door to let us know our package has arrived they just left a sticker on the door and left with the package because we have to sign for it, i called fed ex customer service number and they tried calling the driver and the driver wont awnser their phone im very disappointed

Although I have an issue that would warrant two stars, it’s not related to the peterborough branch. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Corporate though… Jesus almighty… I’d hate to visit that warehouse in Memphis Tennesweetea. A meat grinder for packages I guess?

If I could give no stars I would!! I have now opened complaint claims on everyone from driver to customer service reps. Delivery went out Thursady, Friday, Monday... hasn't shown yet ...POS system and employees. Someone even called me from The office and promised the package would arrive today ( Mon) sig'n req.. so I waited around all GD day... delivery guaranteed by 8pm... by 8:17pm it was back in Peterbourgh. I'm over an hour away .. how does that make sense??? Read reviews everyone, I sure wish I did.
