I week ago (Nov 10) I shipped some docs to US with Fedex. I was a bit nervous about my docs getting lost. The employees at the Barnes location where very helpful & friendly. My docs arrived at the estimated time. My passport was delivered today( Nov17) from US to my house with no delays. A few months ago I had a very bad experience with another shipper ( not going to mention the name of the Co), lost my doc, it has been six months. I was told to file a claim, nothing has been done. No customer service or accountability. For this reason FedEx deserves 5 Stars. I'm only rating 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. Setting up an account w/ FedEx was easy, I wasn't sure about things I wish it was easy to talk to a real person .

Very poor delivery. No body ring the door bell but a tag that we missed you. Then I called them to deliver in next day morning because I works in nights. They don't care about anything just harassing customers. I don't know why and what to say. I couldn't give less than 1 star.

3rd time Ive had a delivery from FedEx that didnt show up and I had to go pick it up myself. 1 Star - Customer Service 1 Star - Shipping care. They damaged the box. -5 Stars - Shipping....they over promise and never deliver. Every single day for a week the shipment was updated to " next day before 5pm signature required" we waited at home unable to go anywhere for a week. It was infuriating. Either FedEx needs to get it together or close down. Don't recommend using them. Expensive and utterly incompetent.

I would appreciate the driver to use the call box when he has a delivery or at least knock on my door instead of just dropping off the item. I live in an 18 story apartment building and the last two deliveries have been over 100lbs. As a single female senior it is difficult to get the packages into my apartment. It would have taken the driver less than a minute to wheel it the extra 10 feet into my apartment. Instead they just drop and run. No consideration!!

I always dread having packages delivered by these people because they just can't be arsed to do their jobs I guess. Why call yourselves a "ship centre" if you never bother to deliver anything I order online to my address, and make me have to go pick it up anyways; and in the most inconvenient location possible too??? The only thing they deliver is disappointment.

Toxic company, toxic team. Delivery in this facility does not follow instruction and they just donā€™t care about customers. It said ready for pick up on their web and slip but when we got there weā€™ve been told to wait for delivery next day and thereā€™s no way we can pick it up. Customer service representatives are professional and kind but they can do literally nothing to help. No escalation, no ad hoc resolving. Stay away for this company, from this team.

The worst experience ever!! I had a 3 packages shipment, First >>> it was delayed due to weather conditions from Friday 23/12 to Monday 26/12, so I called them on Friday and request a hold on them to pickup on Saturday 24/12 they told me ok they will be available and you can do it, and make sure the 3 packages will be hold to pickup and they confirm that. On Saturday morning I got 2 packages delivered!!! Second >>> The last one was held in one of the delivery cars, waiting for it to be delivered to Cambridge branch so that I could go and pick it up!!! I called them and they told me it will be available by the end of the day, just wait our confirmation email! I didnā€™t receive any email or SMS, I called them again and said to me you can pick it up on Monday it will be available. Third >>> I waited until Monday and called them to make sure the package was in the branch. They told me that all branches are closed on Monday and Tuesday, so you can't pick it up!! ā€¢ 3 different agents I called them and gave me wrong information! They didnā€™t know when the branches will be closed or open! ā€¢ The first agent told me she will request a hold to 3 packages, but she held only one! ā€¢ You have the worst SMS service! You can change it on holidays to give the right dates of delivery!

What a truly incompetent company and outlet. Ordered an item from the states and was charged $50US for shipping. Fed ex never even delivered it to my house, did not even bother to send an email notification that they would not be delivering it to my house. Instead I had to drive 22km to an outlet, passing two much closer outlets on the way. When I asked the teller why I did not receive a notification, she just mumbled '...they're supposed to...' and then became distracted by a colleague. Looking at the tracking, they did not ever come to my house at all. Real garbage service.

the worst shipping facility ever! they lost one of my packages a little while ago first time ever happing, wouldn't do nothing to help me track it down or get refunded... now second time someone has used this service for a package I ordered and again it seems to have been lost.. absolutely brutal!!

Have had my package for the last 3 days sitting in cambridge. They wonā€™t let me come pick it up, but they also wonā€™t deliver it. Saying ā€œmam itā€™s in a boxā€. ya theyā€™re all in boxes. Maybe you guys should be delivering them? or updating people when you are going to deliver them? It was supposed to show up on the 29th, then the 30th and today is now the 2nd. the tracking website says it will be delivered today but after speaking with customer service they stated that is not likely. Update your website. and deliver my package. i could have made a return trip to disneyland by now

The worst shipping experience ever. If I paid attention and realized Apple was shipping with FedEx, I would have just gone to the Apple Store to pick up my order instead. I had to reroute my package and it took them roughly 3 weeks to get it right. Also their customer service is another country and usually can't provide solutions for you. If you value your time and sanity, ship with somebody else!

Every time I come in to ship out my many packages I get immediate, friendly, helpful service. I ship up to ten packages at a time and it gets complicated fast. They always have a cart available and I am in and out in no time. I have been to several locations from Toronto to Kitchener and many in between and this location in Cambridge is by far the best. Thanks for the great service time and time again!

The driver called and said that the parcel was delivered and I was at work at that time. The driver said that you can pick it up at the office, after 2-3 hours I went to the office, where they told me that the parcel is with the driver and he must deliver it by the end of the day... on the promised day, I did not receive anything!

Horrible customer service. No person to person connection. If you have question that the automated assistant isnā€™t prepared to answer you are SOL. Even chat is unavailable. Perfect example of a company that thinks it is better than its customers. Not only am I done with FedEx, I will find different suppliers if this is their chosen courier. Who need the hassle?

I have never had as many issues with FedEx until this courier and especially this hub started to deliver my packages. They NEVER call when delivering a package; they rarely bother to contact you, ring the bell or buzzer, and would just hold the package in the other side of the city. Extremely inefficient, rude and unprofessional staff. Wouldnā€™t recommend coming to this location or even use this courier. 90% of the times, you can choose a carrier, or let the merchant know of your preference, so please save yourself a trip or a headache by choosing another courier.

Horrible experience. Received four different emails specifying delivery windows. Failed to delivered every single time. When I phoned to complain I was told someone would call to let me know delivery time. Did I receive a call? Nope. They delivered two days after original time and of course I wasnā€™t home and they wouldnā€™t allow it to be dropped off without signature even though I requested it and waived all consequences of theft etc. I waited around for two days and they couldnā€™t seem to show up when they emailed me they would be here. Very incompetent. I will not order from anywhere that uses fed ex again. Simply not worth the hassle. I told them to return it to vendor and I will now search for a vendor that uses a competent delivery service. Save yourself the frustration and use any other service but fed ex.

Both front desk staff were friendly and engaging. They were, however, busy and I was asked to wait while they processed incoming parcels to meet a deadline. A much longer wait than when I have been at other delivery places. Oh, and I never was able to get through on the phone to an actual person, so I just gave up and went there.

Zero stars is definitely more appropriate. Courier left a tag on the front door of my apartment building with the description "not on buzzer". I know this is a straight up lie because the buzzer is tied to my cell phone which has nothing in the call history for the entire day. Package got taken back to this facility which is over an hour round trip if I wanted to go get it. Still waiting to see if my package gets delivered tomorrow. It blows my mind that the courier fails their one task of delivering a package.

They made one attemp to deliver my two parcels on Sunday but i was not home. After that I had to go twice to pick up those parcels just because the driver kept one parcel in van for 3 days. Very disappointed and staff at center was rude & least bothered by what their team has done. Will never use their service.

Worst FedEx location ever! Unpleasant, unprofessional and beyond unorganized. Had a package on hold for pick up here. This was my second attempt to pick it up. The employee disappeared for 15 mins and came to tell me they couldn't find my 2000$ package because the driver just threw in a "random" bin and they can't locate it, but I can wait for a delivery attempt to be made tomorrow and hope they find it. Needless to say I made him aware that I was not leaving as they did the same BS yesterday. After about 25 mins of waiting a helpful female took five mins to locate my package. I will be avoiding this location at all cost moving forward.

Extremely horrible service. They keep saying my package is out for delivery and no one is bothering to even show up to my address because I live in a apartment building. I even stuck my buzzer number in the window in the lobby. Iā€™ve called multiple times to make sure my package was at this centre just to show up and them tell me that its out for delivery again when I made sure to tell them that I will pick it up. I wasted a hour of my time and gas to get there as well. These people play games and its not right.

COMPLETELY PATHETIC. No emails or notifications on how to pay the border customs. No kind of warning that PO box does not work. Just a hey by the way come get your package. Come burn a tank of gas and waste all the money you were trying to save by ordering it online.

The worst company to get deliveries from. Day 1 I was told I was not home, but the same day my wife received her package from Amazon. No call on phone from door buzzer. 2nd day I left a note to say I was home, and again they came and left. That night customer service promised to have it delivered the next day so my wife stayed home all day, then I got home and waited outside my building for 2 hours..I called at 5:45pm and was told it would be delivered by days end. At 7:30pm I called again and was told it was back at the FedEx Center. What a Joke !! Customer Service no help at all.
