My parcel delivery date was set. The site said originally one day... But one day turned into two days then eventually it became six business days. the tracking didn't really work either because my package sat in one city apparently for three days and I never even knew it was on its way. I'm just happy I had it delivered to my work. Because if not ... I would have never received it...

No help, delivery person does not deliver according to your instructions, does not give the address to where to pick up. Lost the package.
