Open 1 hour a day 330-430 so if you’re employed better pray nothing you purchase EVER ships through fedex. There’s other locations in North Bay but if your parcel is sent here you’re out of luck it’s going to be sent back to the sender. Open 1 hour a day? And they won’t leave my parcel at my door even though I signed the door tag as it said too- What’s even the point of this location?

Super unhelpful when it comes to anything and are only open for 1 hour for pick up and happens to be the time where MOST parents are picking up kids from school or still finishing work. Very unprofessional.

I tried applying for a job online and I've applied 8 different times and they say they are hiring but never gave me a call or email back, to this day I get alerts saying they are hiring but I stopped applying because there's no point, tried to call in to do a follow up and I can't even get through to anyone about possibly hiring me on because they don't even have anyone to even speak to about hiring...

Website says open today. Ok cool. Go to the office, which is not very accessible, get there and its closed. Only open 1 hour a day to pick up parcels. It does not say that on the website. Considering its winter and I do not have a vehicle, which means I am walking, I was not very pleased.
