I wish I could give this company negative stars!!! Canpar is a complete scam. There is literally no way to contact them. Their phone number doesn't connect you to anyone and there chat function never puts you in touch with a live agent!! I have been tracking my package for over a month and it always said that it was just sitting in the terminal in Surrey! Today I tracked it again and they said that they had tried to deliver and that the package had been refused! I was home all day no one came to deliver my package. I just want to get in touch with someone there so I can find out the truth of what happened to my package! Canpar is sending my package back to the company I ordered from for no reason and since what I ordered is now out of stock I just had to give up and get a refund. Long message but I just had to get out my frustration with this company somewhere.

This company will not deliver your package. They just stick a note on your door and make you pick it up your self, OR pay 10$ to have it delivered if you really want them to come back. I was home next to my phone, all morning specifically excited waiting for this package, because its the last piece I need in order to build my computer. Driver did not use my buzzer, did not call my phone, they just left a notice on the door instead, and so I waited 46 minutes on the phone for customer service. Customer service said they would leave a note to the driver but not guarantee my package be re-delivered today. Now I need to wait 4 days ( or MORE, if they don't dial BUZZER -- AGAIN ) to build my computer, before their service is open again -- Monday is a holiday. I also contact the Live chat online and customer support was worst. They were not apologetic and said if I wanted it to be delivered I need to pay 10$. Is this how they make their extra money? I even showed proof of call logs that my buzzer wasn’t called ( buzzer is connected to my phone ) not helpful at all. I’ll stick with Amazon and Canada post. This company is definitely 1 star.

The driver left a door knocker but didn't bother to knock on the door... We called the customer service department and after a long waiting someone answered and tried to tell us that they tried to deliver twice, nobody answered the door. After that a long list of lies about their policies this person told us that we have to come over to pick-up the parcel or to pay again for another delivery. When asked to give us an opportunity to talk to a different person or manager the customer service guy just hung up... "Great service!".

Terrible. A tracking # was created the same day as the order but it took a whole week before it even shipped. But did it? They didn't scan the package before it went on the truck so no updates on their website for several days. I had to call the supplier who in turn called Canpar who assured them/me it did ship. Several more days later it arrives at their depot. Monday Update - Out for delivery. Was not delivered. Tuesday - Out for delivery, could not find consignee. I had to wait on the phone for an hour just to speak to someone. Don't even try the online CHAT service on their website. It doesn't go anywhere. Apparently they're not trained to look on the directory for the last name of the recipient. That's right, they couldn't deliver because they didn't have a buzzer number. They made it within 50 feet of my apartment and now have to drive all the way back here the next day. I still haven't received my package, maybe tomorrow, who knows. Use a different shipping service, it's as simple as that. The average Google Review rating says it all. This is not a special case.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do these people understand the concept of a destination address? Every other courier brings packages to my door as directed. But not these guys they take your high ticket items and drop them off at a local storage facility ...and they didnt even notify me!.. but get this, in order to get to the storage facility they had to drive right past my place!!. Unbelievable.. and I won't even start on the customer service because it doesn't exist. I wouldn't hire these guys.. ever. Worst courier and the reviews speak volumes..
