If there were negative stars..the rating would be - 5 stars. The driver just jammed a (med/lrg) pkg. of clothing into a small mail box. He stuffed it all in and tore the wrapping..all to avoid driving up my driveway. Total incompetence and disregard for the job he is being paid to do. Pathetic service...

Worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. Flat out lies about delivery attempts. What's the point in getting shipping when you have to go pick it up after one "attempt" and I hear these stories all the time. They should be out of business by now.

They seem to have lost my package. Can't call because their voice mail box is full and has been for some time. Tried to visit, but they were closed at 3:30pm. The agent at the other UPS depot at the West End mall did tell me they would be closed and their voice mail box full. I guess it's been like that for some time. I may never get my package.

The worst service I have ever seen in a courier company. We have been waiting for a very important piece of equipment for our Grooming salon. It states it was out for delivery and tried to be delivered on a Sunday evening? Both Business are closed then. Finally after terrible customer service we were told " No it is still in Toronto due to a mishap" yet we paid for urgent delivery. I do not recommend this company for any delivery service.

ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY I have ever dealt with!!! ALL items that I have ordered this year that has been shipped via UPS have been LOST! First was a bed back in September, after calling UPS and them starting an investigation, they finally gave me contact info for this "3rd party" company that delivers for them, after days of describing the item (a HUGE BUNK bed) they FINALLY found it in the "middle of the floor" of the warehouse and I was able to go there myself to pick up the item. But, during this time, they managed to deliver someone elses bed to my address, and because I personally knew the person the parcel belonged to and did not want them to have to go through what I was, I delivered their parcel myself... Absolutely horrible, if I could rate a 0 I would.
