Literally useless service. As others here have said, same thing happened to me. Ordered needed medical supplies to a condo with a mail room, we have security that can take packages 24/7, and I was at home the whole day waiting for the delivery. They hung a slip on the door, and ran ( on a Friday ). There will be no redelivery attempts, and their tracking # doesn't show up in the system the next day. Is it sitting in a truck still? who knows. I will try to call the store I ordered this from and ask to exclude Canpar as delivery service in the future or they will lose my business.

THE worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. 1. Driver never attempted delivery - No door knock, no doorbell, just left notice on door. I was home. 2. No 2nd or 3rd delivery attempt made. 3. No ‘live’ agents on their ‘live’ chat. 4. Called “the operator” 15 times with no answer. I wonder if “the operator” even exists. Horrible, horrible company. DO NOT do business with Canpar!!! Do yourself a favour, USE DHL. Canpar is a pathetic, terrible company.

Terrible. They didn't even attempt to deliver my package. Since there was NO missed delivery notice I didn't know what was going on and am currently trying to work with customer service but they are rude. I was told I would be shortly sent an email update and so far there has been nothing. How is this place still in business? Your job is to deliver packages and so far judging by google reviews and reddit the customer has to do all the work.

canpar is the worst company in the world. less than zero customer service. they held me for an hour to tell me that I should pick up the parcel myself. their courier didn't even try to deliver the package. I chatted with Brittney and unfortunately she didn't even pretend to want to fix the problem. I paid for delivery and still I have to pick up my parcel from the pickup place which is far away from my house

The worst shipment company ever! They don't update the tracking information, do not ask for delivery instructions in the first place and after you miss your parcel they ask for buzzer code and things like that but not until you call them and ask!
