Unreliable... I Waited at home alllll day..I had 10 boxes to be picked up to be shipped between 8am and 12pm. I called customer service at 4pm she said they have until 5pm... Never even showed up. Wasted my time ,losing money and my customers unhappy as well.

If i could give a 0 star, I would. Never received my package, the courier did not even ring my door bell and just leaves the notice. It's now going on the third time and I just canceled my order as I do NOT want to deal with Canpar ever again! Customer service is non existent. Save yourself a headache and use any other service than Canpar.

Canpar is by far the worst courier service I've seen. They dont even update their delivery tracking information on their website. Their customer service is also worst. They have automated reply and when I try to chat with their representative on their website, she just typed my address and gave me the delivery info which I already knew and then she didnt write a single word lool. I don't recommend this service to anyone.

They did a great job for my delivery. Two people showed up to deliver my relatively heavy and large package. They offered to carry it up for me, but I declined, as I didn't need the help.

1 star because we cannot give below. Poor customer service. Does not answer the phone. Tracking is inaccurate. Will not be using CANPAR for any shipping and hopefully will not have to receive anything from them.
