Had to get winter boots. They are custom made for me. First email said FedEx border delay. Okay. Then second email says delivery Wed or Thurs. Third message says canpar. Gave me a tracking number. So I have been tracking it. Never said it was out for delivery. Came home to a note that they tried to deliver my package. Have been trying for 2 hours to find my package.

I went to this location to return a parcel, as they also serve as a DHL service point. According to the DHL service locator, this location has a lot of services available. The woman who served me was very kind and sociable! I accidentally did a double-sided print of two documents that the sender wanted separately, and the worker did photocopies for me free of charge. Maybe it’s a standard thing for them, but I was happy since I’m normally charged extra at UPS stores. Will be going here again to send parcels. :)

Everyone was home, there was no knock on the door. Left note saying to pick up package with no number or location listed. This exact thing happened the first time I dealt with them as well.

The worst shipping company I've ever saw. They returned the package while they haven't even noticed or called me! Now I have to pickup a 50Kg package myself from a much more far distances than the real store!

100 packages delivered every year why is canpar the only one that is unfriendly to customers and how do I find out if there shipping so I can shop elsewhere
