How does this company stay in business? From my experience I can certainly testify that all of the negative reviews are accurate. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They brag about how they have up to the minute tracking. My tracking info has not changed for 8 days and I have no clue where my package is. Called customer service three times and wait on hold for an hour only to be told by some incompetent agent that she promises to get a status and call back same day. Have not heard one word from them. If Walmart continues to utilize their services then they just lost a customer.
