We contacted them for priority shipping⊠itâs been week and they still havenât shown up to get the package. HORRIBLE SERVICE! when the company was contacted they still didnât and havenât shown up yet. Not worth saving a few dollars. Use anyone ells if you want your packages to be properly sent and actually arrive in time. Due to them we have now lost money and customers. Highly recommend another currier for your shipping needs.

Avoid this company if you can. There customer services is terrible. I was suppose to have a package delivered over 2 weeks ago and the still have not yet delivered the package. They first told they could not locate the delivery address after I gave them detailed instructions and I even sent them the google Maps location. They continue to lie to me and have no real answers as to where and when my package is going to be delivered if at all. You cannot get hold of real person with out being on hold for over an hour each time. I have asked to pick the package up at the local pick terminal but they ignore my ready and still put it on a tuck to be delivered when they cannot locate the address apparently. There customer service is a joke as they can only tell me what I can see online and give no other solutions to correct or even locate the package. Itâs been a nightmare to deal with and still have no answers or solutions to correct the situation and there customer service reps are very rude and blame me but the address is very clear and the detailed instructions I have them are to complicated for them to follow. Never use this company if you do not have to.

Blown away by how inefficient this company is. They attempted to deliver on Tuesday (not home). On Wednesday they left a voicemail saying to call them back so âhopefully we can sort this mess out.â Excuse me? What mess? Didnât say if they would try to deliver again or if I needed to pick up. Tried calling multiple times per day every day this week. No one picks up their phone and voice mail is always full. Called the national number today and they told me they couldnât help me. Went to the office and it still took them 20 min to find my package and they seemed to have no idea what they were doing. There was another customer there who seemed incredibly frustrated as well.

Avoid this company at all costs. 1 star because I can't give zero. Ordered a product from Walmart so did not get to decide on the delivery company. My product has been sitting at their warehouse in the same city I reside in for 11 days now. It was supposed to be delivered 11 days go and Canpar refuses to tell me when my package will be delivered, wait times on hold are over two hours just for your call to be disconnected and the online chat service will abruptly end the chat without assisting. I have no idea how this company is still afloat. Incredibly unprofessional.

Held my package for 4 days at this location, did not send it out to be delivered. Go to pick up my package myself and realized they're only open 12-5. Terrible hours. Very frustrated with their service and paid too much for ground shipment. Not the first time my package got held at location instead of delivering, but the first time it's been held for 4 days straight. Company can't give a straight answer on when to expect delivery either. If you run a business and require your packages I would try to get it shipped with any other carrier.
