Horrible company. Had ordered 700$ tires and when said delivered I never seen them. No signature or picture of delivery. Went around to every neighbours house to see if it was delivered to them by accident but they weren’t. Called customer support and they told me they would send a message out and I would get a response in 24 hours. I called everyday for the next 4 days and was told the same thing over and over. When I told them I was frustrated and this was unacceptable they hung up on me. Went to the actual terminal on Friday around 3 and was told that all canpar employees had already left even though they are supposed to be open till 5. Have still not heard from them. Terrible company terrible customer support. DO NOT use them as a delivery service

I ordered something and was not able to sign for it. The pickup location is only open during business hours (8-5) when I'm at work and they do not open on weekends. They do not deliver in the evenings so I cannot pickup my package after work. I now have to pay an additional $10 for a re-delivery attempt with the hope that my package isn't damaged by the weather or stolen. I do not understand why a company offering delivery services will only deliver products when the customer is unlikely to be home. This just makes me believe that this system is set up so customers eventually end up paying additional fees out of pocket for a service they already paid for. If I could give this company -0 stars, I will. Moving forward I will double check to make sure Can-Par is NOT handling my products and would rather pay for another company to do so.

Avoid at all costs!!!! They said there was an attempt to deliver our package that was very important and needed that day but because the driver read the wrong unit number the attempt did not go through (mistakes happen). When I got the delivery notice I called customer support 5 times for 2 1/2 hours and got hung up on 4 times. I was told on my last call (fifth) that I would get a call back from a supervisor quickly and after waiting for another hour no one called back! I tried calling them back and after waiting another hour no one even picked up. I am unbelievably frustrated and still do not have the package. Every time I called was when they were open. Do. Not. Use. Even if it’s free.

Hours on hold, three failed delivery attempts when I work from home and was 100% available. Left instructions for drop off after the first attempt, but the delivery person tried to drop off at the wrong door (different street address) on the second attempt, and didn't get past the unlocked external door on the third attempt. Literally no issues ever with any other delivery services. Travel to the pick up depot will cost me more than the items I ordered.

Every Package was late and I don't mean by one our 2 days. The latest packages are late by a week. Took me 2 hours to reach someone there, the told me they would call me back and never did. Still waiting for Package the child's birthday is here and gone and I had no money left to replace the gift. So my child missed out because of you Csnpar. I didn't even want to give you one star.
