Supposed to have 1 day shipping and from the shipper to the final destination is 3 hours by road. The package has been in my city for 8 days now and 3 of which it has been out for delivery. They haven't even attempted delivery once! At the time of writing this I still have no package. Two employees have taken my info and told me they have emailed supervisors to see about getting my package delivered and have not had a follow up. Absolutely horrendous customer service. They tell you what you want to hear but their actions speak volumes. I will never use Canpar for shipping again.

I'm very surprised by the number of bad reviews on here as I have had nothing but good experiences with Canpar. I feel relieved when I find out that an item I ordered is being delivered by them because they have always delivered exactly when they said they would and typically much quicker than other companies. I actually came on here to express my gratitude for a driver who went above and beyond to make sure my package was safe. The shipper didn't check the "signature required" box and I was working today and didn't know if I would be home before my delivery so I left a note on my door explaining that my area is high theft for porch pirates and could the driver please put my delivery in my garage and then lock the door? I came home to the package in my locked garage and the gate to my yard was shut. Amazing. I can't even get Amazon to deliver my stuff to MY door even though they ask your preference on where you want your package left and I've checked off and written back door in every spot I can (I'm in the basement suite, the back door is my front door. I have no access to the front door) I've found my Amazon deliveries at the front door, thrown over the side gate and in a muddy flower bed (that was the picture submitted to prove delivery in the app) and my personal favourite, balanced on top of the gate.... Seriously, Canpar is amazing.

Echoing what everybody else has already said. No actual attempt made to ring up or call me despite being home and waiting for the delivery. Left a card with NO ADDRESS as to where my package has been taken. Tracking hasn't been updated since it was first shipped so does not have the address like the card claims. Customer service is non-existent. Do better Canpar.

Sadly this is my first experience with Canpar and so far it's been a pile of hot garbage. Nothing seems to work. A package was supposed to arrive at my house, but no one is there to sign for it. The driver left an incomprehensible note with a random address on it for a pharmacy somewhere in town. Is this where I'm supposed to pick up my package? When will it be available for pickup? I tried calling customer support - useless as you need a Canpar number customer number to get anywhere with that. The liveagent system is just a useless bot. Come on guys, you can do so much better than this. It takes so little effort to improve on this...please do better...

Hey Canpar, where's my package? I have been waiting for 3 days with nothing. There have been 2 NON-ATTEMPT DELIVERIES for 2 days and still hasn't arrived today after speaking to someone early this morning who stated it was out for delivery, Which is what the person yesterday said when I called. 0 stars if I could! WHERES MY PACKAGE!!
