It’s an utter failure as far as delivering a package. Their estimated delivery date is by end of day, yesterday! I’m 100% confident that’s not going to happen. It has been impossible to speak to anyone on the phone and I get no agent when I attempt to chat online. They’ve had my parcel for two days now. You have one job!

DO NOT ACCEPT LCBO HOME DELIVERY FROM CANPAR!!! 2 delivery attempts but they do NOT give you a time frame as to when they are arriving. No one answers the customer service telephone line; their Chat box also does not work and won't connect you with a live person. The lack of customer service here is unreal. Avoid if you can.

Hire people that know how to drive the big trucks the whole no backing policy is a joke when they pull up to my place of work an want to move 12 cars out of there because they can't drive backwards yous need to hire better drivers or fix your current issue

They delivered the package when I was not home, instead of leaving a pick-up notice, the driver decided to - sign as the consignee, after 1 min of confirming I was not home - put a random address on the proof of delivery - leave the package at the wrong address, in front of a building under construction - and told me that the package was delivered to the superintendent of my building Yeah super awesome shipping company 🙄 Make sure to choose this company if you want your package to be gone forever.

Last week I had a package delivered and notice n door. Went to website, and she advised me that pick up in in Kitchener. I asked about having it re delivered, she explained I would have to call. So I did, spoke to a very friendly gentleman. And we had it set and paid for the re delivery of the package. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday( snow storm) so I thought give it a day or 2. Called on second day and they explained it was returned to shipper…I asked to speak to a manager. They said they were busy and would call me back. 24hrs later still nothing. And I haven’t had my Money refunded to me. I called the shipper and they will resend and take it up with them. The customer service is unacceptable. I’ve worked for couriers and this would never happen. Don’t use Canpar.
