Had a terrible experience. I had a parcel delivered and when I wasn't home I guess the delivery driver just dropped my package outside carelessly. I have four dogs. So when I got back I saw the package on the ground. Outside the box and this package was a prescription lenses. I'm thankful the actual glasses were not damaged but the case and packaging was destroyed. Now, I know a few people who work or worked at the postal office so if the delivery driver felt unsafe I know he could've refused to deliver the parcel and deliver it another time. It just seems unprofessional and in super upset I'm on the phone right now to figure out who was working at the time. Hopefully some good will come from it all in all bad experience too bad these are the people in charge of all postal and parcels otherwise I'd use another service
