-5 stars, very lazy worker even the team leader and supervisors especially in the morning shift around 10:00am. Semi drivers be prepared to take a sound nap here at the plant. Nobody care about your time. They are more worried about there shift end or start time as shift change around that time. Always add a delay in your schedule. Team management is invisible. Every time unorganized with there unloading and loading schedules. I don’t think team leader or manager know how to manage things here. Most small canada post van driver don’t follow sign and going to argue with you as they want to go out from the plant through the entry gate which is clearly mentioned as the entrance for any vehicle coming into the plant from the road.
