My Daughter had received a notice to claim her package by Sept 28th or it would be shipped back to sender. She had covid when she received the notice on Sept 14th, she recovered by the 24th and tested negative. She called them to inform them she would be in 1st thing on the 28t h to pick it up. Arrives 1st thing in the morning on the 28th to find they shipped it back on the 27th. They cant even follow basic Canada post direction. This location should be shut down.

I was getting a package delivered and instead of coming to my door just left the pick up slip in my mailbox. Then went to pick it up but they were closed due to an illness, then tried 2 more days and closed every time dues to an illness (do they only have 1 person on staff). They should have more staff to work so people can pick up there packages, some are time sensitive and important. This location really needs to figure things out. Very disappointing.

Drove all the way in from rural area to have a rude post office clerk basically tell me to fill in forms online at home first. I have always gone into the post office and done this. Total laziness and completely unhelpful will never go back.

You get a slip with no attempt to deliver that says pick up today after 4pm. You call over and over to see if it's there and they will not answer the phone. You go to get your package at 5pm before they close and they don't have it. Why do you have a phone if you can't answer it????? Why do you leave a slip if you don't have my f%#$$^# package????? Why do you advertise on your website that you will attempt to deliver but you never attempt to deliver????
