They refused 2 packages that came all over the world and were send back to the seller. Nobody at the post office told me it can't be shipped by carrier. Your actions are destroying this planet and wasting my money. Thanks to you we're freezing in -20s because there was a component to our furnace. I think you're not refusing packages everyday so if anybody gave a call we would be warm now.

Joanne provides excellent service -- informative and helpful every time! As of Jan 2022 they are short-staffed, however, so be prepared to wait in line at times. Best to go in-person for service, as their voicemail is not checked.

Please don't yell at the lovely ladies (and tall guy) working there. That's not their personal fault prices went up, your parcel got lost or you just had a bad day. They are just working here and trying to help you. Okay, lady with very long hair isn't the most helpful or nice, true. But the rest of them are great. And they do care. Wendy, Sandra and Joanne has one of the best customer service in Canmore.

I would give -5 stars if possible. Worst service of any post office, worst than my experience in Cuba. If you live in town don't expect to get any mail at your residence it just randomly shows up at the post office and have to drive downtown to pick up.
