The people working there are nice enough and usually I don’t have too much of an issue although a couple weeks ago I was delivered a return notice from them dated two months previous claiming they were sending a package back as I had not picked it up. I had no notice for there ever being a package there in the first place and am pretty diligent with my mail as people send me packages regularly so I went to the branch to see what package they sent back two months ago and the lady who wasn’t overly helpful told me although the interaction was in Canada posts system, she could not give me any information on the package or who sent it or why I had no other previous notice so to this day I have no idea what I missed out on

The post office staff are ok. The facility is small for a town that is growing and the two people inside only due to Covid make it hard. Most times they don’t even have two people on the desk.

Never had an issue here with service , prices or office hours. All the employees I’ve interacted with are competent friendly and doing their jobs properly. You get the experience you attract in my experience. Happy to do my shipping here!

The reviews here are accurate, this is not the place to trust your mail/parcels with. The attendants have been friendly in our experience, but they do not communicate accurate information. Perhaps it is Canada Post in general, but DON'T believe when they tell you it is "guaranteed" delivery and within the timeframe they say. Best to trust FedEx or UPS even though they may cost a bit more. There is a FedEx drop off at the Home Hardware Store.

Looks like ladies working there sets their own prices. Same parcel can cost you $7 or $20, all depends to the person who's working that day. Go to the down town location.

Well, as a tax-paying Canadian, I expect a little courtesy when I go to get my mail from the post office. It’s shouldn’t be a big deal; the Canada Post website said my package was processed in town, so one would think it’d be there. Ah but this is Canada, where a government pension and healthcare isn’t enough, and a strike comes every two years. I don’t claim to be an expert on the labor dispute, but it should be done already, and the crusty old woman should spend more than five seconds looking for my package before telling me it’s not there or giving some excuse about a driver, even though it posted as processed. Thank you Canmore, Alberta, because you do so much to help provide for your citizens that pay your municipal taxes. What a joke.

Buddy of mine just went to pick up a package and they closed 3 hours early. You can't just do that. clearly they don't have the proper amount of staff.
