Year Later.... Same service delays. Letter was mailed to us Friday, January 28th from 2 blocks away. Its now February 8th. 11 days and we haven't seen a mail carrier in a week+. Tried calling Post Office numerous times, no answer, no machine, nothing. I've gotten faster mail from China via container ship. Follow up: Turns out was mailed jan.31st, and mail showed up shorty after call, 4:35pm jan8th. Happy it showed up, better late than never.

Counter people are awesome, most carriers are awesome, but on my street, mail delivery has gone from 2:30 to 6:00 somedays... Since most places close 4:30-600, this leaves us sitting all day waiting for mail, then unable to do anything because the mail has come so late. Makes me wonder what hours wealthier parts of Prince Rupert get their mail, Im guessing 9am because carrier most likely knows wealthier people and probably even lives on wealthier street.
